How do I return/exchange an item to Great OutDogs.com?
Great OutDogs.com accepts returns that are requested within 14 days from the date of delivery. Not happy with your purchase for any reason? It happens... Just follow these easy steps for a quick & easy store credit. Returns that don't meet the following criteria in Step 1 will not be processed for credit.
Return/Exchange Process
STEP 1: Meeting Return Eligible Criteria

Item(s) must have all original tags and product packaging where applicable. Returned products must be sent back in the exact condition you received them in with all accessories provided by the manufacturer. Any applicable tags must still be on the product. Include all blank warranty cards, instructions, warnings etc.

Item(s) must be clean and contain ABSOLUTELY NO pet hair or contain a pet odor.

This policy is strictly enforced because of obvious hygienic issues.

Item(s) must have a postmark date NO LONGER than 14 days from the date of arrival. All shipments are tracked by GreatOutDogs.com for verification of arrival.
--Returns that don't meet the above criteria will be returned to you, at your expense, or donated to a local dog shelter.--

Include a copy of your email receipt or a note with the following information

For your protection we suggest you ship your package prepaid and insured as we will not be held responsible for the condition of the products being returned or for lost or misdirected items shipped back to us.

STEP 4: Receive Your Store Credit

Your Store Credit will be issued on an eGift Card issued by the GreatOutDogs.com. The credit given as a gift card has no restrictions, no expiration date and can be given as a gift.

Due to the differences in the pricing for different sizes and/or colors, and to ensure items are in stock, Great OutDogs.com processes exchanges in the same manner as returns. Please send your items back according to the instructions above.

You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order with your credit card after informing us of the intent to exchange.
